On the second day of the Implementation Support Mission (21 April 2026), participants actively engaged in the 4P Bootcamp Workshop facilitated by consultants from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD).

The workshop brought together all seven Regional Coordination Units of the RAPID Growth Project, along with partner farmer organizations and anchor firms under the Projects Detailed Investment Plans (DIPs), including:
• BCS Multipurpose Cooperative
• Laak Multipurpose Cooperative
• Makilala Multipurpose Cooperative
• Sta. Catalina Multipurpose Cooperative
• Nestle Philippines
• Franklin Baker
• Kennemer Foods International
• Auro Chocolate
• Seedcore Agri-Industrial Corp

With inputs from Project Technical Lead Ms. Lorna Grace, Rural Finance Specialist Mr. Alok Kumar Singh, and Regional Analyst Mr. Osasu Otaknor, participants received technical guidance on how RAPID Growth initiatives and structures can be further strengthened through the application of Public, Private, Producer Partnership (4P) principles.

Through real-life cases and shared experiences, the workshop provided a practical platform for participants to reflect, align, and enhance the effectiveness of their ongoing interventions.
