RAPID BARMM Personnel, Business Counselors, and NPCO
LOOK: The Rural Agro-Enterprise for Inclusive Development and Growth Project in MTIT-BARMM conducted a 2-day capacitation building on Knowledge Management Mapping and some highlights on the Communication components to strengthen the competencies of the RAPID personnel on knowledge exchanges, management, and knowledge products prioritization.
The workshop helped the RAPID’s personnel including partner Business Counselors in Maguindanao gain a better understanding of the proper Knowledge Management and practices, as well as identify potential KM products for the project that they could use to support the achievement of its strategic objectives.
Ms. Sandra Isabel Cayanong, the Communication, and Knowledge Management Specialist, and Mr. Christian Bron, the Information Technology Analyst of the National Project Coordination Office (NPCO) shared their knowledge management experiences during the workshop.
The workshop mapping’s output will contribute to the development of RAPID BARMM's Regional Knowledge Management Plan. The plan will guide the team in prioritizing and developing KM products that will benefit the project's community partners and stakeholders.
