Esperanza, Sultan Kudarat — May 20–21, 2025. The Ministry of Trade, Investments, and Tourism (MTIT)–BARMM, in partnership with the RAPID Growth Project, successfully conducted a Logistics and Supply Chain Management Training for coffee farmers’ organizations and MSMEs at Villa Lalaine Hot and Cold Spring Resort, Brgy. Marguez, Esperanza.


The two-day training gathered participants from leading cooperatives and associations, including the Darusalam High-Valued Crops Farmers Producer Cooperative (DHVCFPC), Kauran Christian Upland Farmers Agriculture Cooperative (KCUFAC), Itaw Sulagad Agriculture Cooperative (ISAC), and the Teduray Fagumfungon Tmikur Association (TFTA). MSMEs such as Pamogon Coffee, YJM Farm, and YJM Plant Nursery also joined the activity.

The initiative aimed to strengthen the capacity of farmer cooperatives and enterprises to address operational challenges, develop viable business models, and enhance management systems for sustainable agribusiness. It also focused on improving participants' leadership skills, resource management efficiency, and enterprise sustainability.


By equipping farmers’ organizations with practical knowledge and tools, the training sought to empower them to operate as sustainable enterprises and effectively engage in the coffee value chain, ensuring competitiveness and resilience in the growing coffee industry of BARMM.
